Purchase Process
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Deposit
1.1 Customer Information
To ensure a smooth purchasing process, we require personal details. Please fill out our online form with your contact information and official residential address (as stated in your ID). Make sure to carefully review all details at the end, as they will be used for further processing and the creation of official documents.
1.2 Payment of the Deposit
After entering your customer details, you will be prompted to make a deposit, which will be deducted from the total vehicle price. Please note that the vehicle will be reserved in your name upon receipt of payment. In case of withdrawal, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.Start here: Customer data and deposit
2. Purchase Agreement & Invoice
Once your customer details and deposit have been received, the vehicle will be reserved in your name. Following this, the customs authorization will be issued, and you will receive the sales terms along with the invoice for full payment. These documents will be sent to you via email within 1–2 business days.Please send the signed and dated customs authorization back to us via email or WhatsApp. These documents are required for customs clearance.
3. Payment of the Invoice
3.1 Payment Deadline
Transfer the invoice amount within the deadline stated on your invoice. The vehicle can only be shipped after the payment has been received. Any delay in payment may result in a postponed shipping date. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
3.2 Payment Confirmation
Once the payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation, and we will immediately proceed with the next steps.
4. Shipping
4.1 Preparation for Shipment
After full payment has been received, the vehicle will be prepared for shipment. This process usually takes about 14 days. Upon request, shipping can also be arranged via container or air freight (at an additional cost).
4.2 Tracking
Once the exact departure date of the vehicle is set, you will be notified. You will also receive an estimated arrival date. A tracking link will be provided so you can check the current transport status at any time.
5. Document Shipment
Immediately after shipping, all necessary documents for the vehicle will be compiled. This includes all paperwork required for vehicle registration, as well as any available service records. Generally, all relevant documents are shipped within 14 business days after dispatch of the vehicle.

6. Arrival at the Port
After approximately 6 to 12 weeks, the vehicle should arrive at the destination port. The previously signed customs authorization will be used to clear the vehicle on your behalf. The port operator will then issue the import invoice.Once this invoice has been paid, the next step—the vehicle registration—will be initiated.Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, war, port strikes, or other unforeseen events.
7. Final Invoice
Once the vehicle has been officially registered, you will receive the final invoice. This includes all additional costs, such as VAT, customs duties, and registration fees. After settling this invoice, the vehicle will be handed over to you.
8. Vehicle Handover
Pickup in Munich
The vehicle can be picked up in Munich. Please remember to bring your license plate, as it is required for collection.
Home Delivery (optional)
If pickup in Munich is not possible, we also offer delivery directly to your desired location. More details can be found under “More options”.
